Hip Dysplasia in Dogs.... Preventative Care? - english bulldog hip replacement surgery

Hello. My 1.5 years old American Bulldog (80 pounds, the high rate of non-) British Bulldogs, has hip dysplasia, the limit for a hip, and moderated by the others. This seems to be received on an X-ray a few weeks ago broke the anterior cruciate ligament and has since been repaired through surgery ... and dysplasia of the hip was discovered at the time, but no problems or pain. Can you have joint swelling and pain with Influenza type B? - what type of doctor for hand pain

I went to the doctor with fever (102), joint pain, skin rashes, slight, but not congestion, cough and sore throat. He said it was influenza type B. My hands and feet so swollen that I have difficulty taking hold or something, and can hardly able to walk. Please help me, I've never heard of this type of flu to which they have heard no cold symptoms.
