What kind of baitcasting reel should i get for offshore fishing? - shimano baitcasting reels

IM only 16 and I make a lot of deep-sea fishing with my dad, but I have a reel of it. (Shimano Spheros 12000FA) Now I want a cast-roll that my parents can take the big catch, and I begin to give Catfishing and is valid for Alligator Gar so kinda want it to be able to perform well.
